AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT

The relationship between you and the skajerke is referred to as “employment at will.” This means your employment can be terminated at anytime for any reason, with or without cause, with or without notice, by you or skajerke. No representative of skajerke. has authority to enter into any agreement contrary to the “at will” and that you acknowledge that no oral or written statement or representation regarding your employment can alter your at-will employment status, except for a written statement signed by you and either our Executive Vice-President/ Chief Operation Officer or the company President. You also agree to settle any dispute/Grievances through Binding Arbitration once the company made a Prima Facie attempt to resolve the matter.
